I am an internationally certified & registered provider in TRE (Tension Release Exercise), an innovative method conceived to release stress and feel a better connection between body and mind.
A session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 min and consists of 4 parts: an introduction, a serie of simple exercises, the tension release itself and a final debrief about the experience.
During the tension release, some parts of body typically tremor, swing, vibrate or shake, allowing the stress to be shaken away and the person to become more serene and grounded. It is always possible to pause or stop the tension release whenever one wants to.
Experiencing TRE is unique and does not leave one indifferent. Most of my students become quickly ‘hooked’ and integrate this surprising practice in their daily life! To feel more at peace, centered, empowered and present!
I propose TRE sessions in French & English, as follows:
- private, personalized to the specific needs of the person and possibly combined with other modalities such as Yin yoga or Qi gong
- in a small group of 3 to 5 persons
- remote, performed via video conference such as Skype
