Given symptoms of stress, chronic pain, uncomfortable life patterns or sensations, I propose personalized 1-to-1 therapeutic sessions. Depending on the needs and wishes of the person, the session may include or combine the usage of the following therapeutic approaches:
– Specific movements, stretching and/or breathing (particularly postures and practices which are part of Yin Yoga and Qi gong)
– Somatic Experiencing (SE), similar to psychotherapy but body-oriented and without the need to speak if the person does not want to (more information on Somatic Experiencing here >> https://traumahealing.org )
– Tension Release Exercise (TRE), consisting in leading your body to tremor and shake tension away
The potential combination of these approaches, sequentially through successive sessions or within the same session, ensures the continuous progress of the patient.
